Me, mom and nephew stayed this past Friday night, nice quaint place, room is great, no noise, no street lights, very clean, the owner is nice and sweet and loveable, dog lets u pet it, i definitely would go stay again
Think funky late 60’s-early 70’s vibe. Stayed in mid-Oct 2024. Room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable. Fit my needs perfectly for a quick visit near Avon. Janice and her dog Bailey were great hosts.
Old-style motel and very very well kept and clean. We ended up here by chance and we can say this is the best motel of our trip. The owner is very kind and we had a good talk with her. She offered a broad explanation of the activities in the area. I definitely recommend it
We visited Letchworth State Park for the first time and there was no where to stay at the park or within 30 minutes of the park. With all hope lost at midnight we were going to sleep in our car. We happened to find this place and called, very lucky for us there was vacancy. The woman who checked us in was so very sweet, she gave us suggestions on things to do in the area. Our room was outdated but its was very clean and very comfortable. There was air conditioning, TV/cable, a large bathroom stocked with clean linens, everything that you need. If you don't need a modern experience and like to support local business owners, this place perfect. Additionally she did not charge us a ridiculous amount to stay here, it was very affordable and well worth the price.
We were looking for an inexpensive room. We didn't need frills..bottom line.. I needed a bed, shower, tv and ac but most of all it needs to be clean. We pulled up to this motel (actually it's 2 motels..side by side) The owner was cleaning rooms but we contacted her by phone from the office per instruction. The room was very reasonably priced. NO frills. But clean and comfortable. everything I had hoped for at a great price. And there is a diner and a convenience store across the road. Perfect for a simple night's stay.
We are from Texas and found it impossible to find somewhere to stay. We spent the first night in our truck. I ran across this place and called, she was so kind and happy to help me! It is a great price for a great experience. Our room was very clean, comfortable and felt like home! We will only be staying here from now on when we are visiting New York. Highly recommend!!
Obviously it’s not going to be as nice as a Ritz Carlton but this motel serves its purpose. The front desk woman is super nice and so is her dog. Me and my baseball team stayed here for a weekend. No one had any complaints. They even provided room service which was a nice touch. Double rooms are much larger than the single rooms.
Really nice little quaint place for a cheap price. Room has microwave, mini fridge, and TV. Pet friendly as well! The owners are so super nice and personable. They will not hesitate to help you in any way they can, and love to chat about things to do around town!
